Progress and Pics
Alrighty, so I went from my parents back to my place crazy early this morning to weigh in and exercise. After four days of riding that damn stationary bike with the worlds most uncomfortable seat, I welcomed going back to the machine from hell, the elliptical. Needless to say I was very shocked by the results this week. And I think I know why I got them, and I just may have to test this theory out this week. For the most part, this week, I've exercised first thing in the morning, instead of after work, or later in the day. Like first thing as in, not eating anything and just drinking water when needed. So an empty stomach. Its always been my theory that its the best time, since theres very little in your system and your body is more likely to try and convert fat to energy in that instance. Just my theory, I don't have a medical degree, but I did take a lot of bio in high school, and the intro course in college. So I'm probably just talking out of my ass. Anyway, onto the results. Drum roll please...
I am down another 8 pounds this week, which is insane, since I only lost 1 last week. But, to be fair, I was 3 pounds down Saturday morning, so I don't think last Friday's reading was so accurate. Anyway, the rundown so far, 8 down this week, for a total of 39 lost so far, and 41 to go (1 away from the halfway mark!), and I'm 49% there (duh, I just said halfway). So, phenomenal results, and I just have to keep up the hard work.
OK, so here's a pic, one that the seller posted on eBay of my soon to be delivered axe. Although I will only play my new baby when it gets here to make sure I want to keep it, and then it goes into a closet at my parents house, not to be touched, if I can help it, until I hit my goal of 80 pounds lost. Here she is, ain't she purty!?

Can't wait to get it and try it out. Alright, time to hit the showers and go run a few quick errands, than into the city to help Seth move, then who knows what. Adios!

Congrats on another great loss! I still hate you though ;)
I prefer to workout in the morning, although it's really just because I get too lazy and tired in the afternoon to do it.
It's easier for me to wakeup in the morning because once the dog hears the alarm, she isn't going back to bed until she goes potty, so I have to get up anyway.
